i stayed for a few nights at this hotel. i found the staff to be attentive and helpful. the location was excellent, it offered easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary bikes were a wonderful amenity, they allowed exploration of the area.
the rooms felt a bit outdated. i noticed the beds and pillows seemed old and not very comfortable. also, i saw dogs wandering around the building, even off leash which felt unhygienic. there was also a hole in the shower ceiling i observed.

i enjoyed the location close to the water. the complimentary bike rentals were useful to get around, they had well-kept bicycles available. the city view from my room was lovely. the staff was helpful with directions.
The electrical outlets were difficult to access. i found covers on many outlets, made plugging in devices inconvenient. i had to request assistance to resolve this. It would be useful to have easily accessible outlets.

i found the staff friendly and professional. breakfast was quite good. the hotel had several facilities, including the barrel sauna, an interesting experience. the location near stanley park was also a major plus.
the room felt slightly dated for the price. the furniture placement in the living room was odd, as the sofa faced away from the harbor view. the bathroom shower was very small, and it was cramped.

i stayed for a few nights and found the location superb. i walked easily to stanley park and the west end neighborhood. complimentary bike hire was available and quite convenient. the staff guided me well when i was looking for places to visit.
the electrical outlets had covers. i could not plug in my phone and hair dryer.

The hotel location is excellent with many dining options. I also found the indoor and outdoor pools clean. Views from my room included amazing scenery.
I noticed the bee hives near the breakfast area and I was concerned about potential allergies.
